In addition to the “barefoot feeling” characteristic of the DS LIGHT series, we have pursued heel hold. The shape of the heel counter has been updated to improve stability so that you can perform well even during intense movements. The
heel counter is positioned to firmly hold the calcaneus, the largest of the heel bones. The thickness has also been adjusted to hold the heel properly when weight is applied.
Platinum kangaroo leather is used for the front of the upper. The
internal foam material has been changed from low density to high density, and the thickness has been changed from 3mm to 4mm, pursuing a luxurious feel and softness when touched. It
is also treated with MOIS TECT, which does not harden even after use in the rain.
The inside of the sole has a concave design to weaken its rigidity, and the outside has a convex design to strengthen its rigidity. A new design is adopted that allows inward twisting while suppressing outward twisting by balancing the strength of the inside and outside.
